Fees/Wallet Balance once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. But in special cases we will help you to get refund of your payment. Please read further to know more about Special cases.

Special Cases

  • For payment gateway payment hold, payment gateway late payment settlement and relevant payment gateway issues which are not under our control, In such cases you can cancel your order and raise a refund by addressing [email protected]. We will help you to get your refund by contacting payment gateway officials.
  • For Assisted Services, you can cancel your payment or request a refund before the expert assigned has commenced working on your case.
  • We retain the right to change, update, add and remove our policies against Special Cases Refund, without any prior notice
